|Recommended: YesA great apartment community for families with pets. I have lived here for 9 years and just resigned for a 10th year. The grounds are clean, the parking abundant, and the staff friendly. I highly recommend

|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live — lived here for the past year, and had no issues at all The walls are a little thin, so you might hear your neighbor if they're being loud. The manager and staff is very helpful, and the apartment and complex is clean and in a very safe neighborhood close to everything.

|Recommended: YesParking is generally sufficient, but packed, not much as to be able to park reasonably close to apt building.
Quality of construction is good and expansion are welcomed off lease dog park, playground, etc the gym could use an overhaul though
Noise level is excellent. Generally very quiet.
Grounds are terrible. Littered with dog poop and little no enforcement of lease contract language on leashes or city ordinance on leash usage. Will be attempting to contact management on this issue.
Maintenance is timely and and helpful even though the ticket system is a little clunky.
Staff, while helpful, is almost impossible to contact outside of going to office in person. Management now uses AI bot to field all requests form Maintenance, leasing questions, to complaints and or directs to a 3rd party when calling. Terrible.
Overall is a solid location with great amenities if will to put up certain detractions.

|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed living at Lakewood Village Apartments for 8 years. We have a dog park, pool, gym, basketball court, Greenway Trail, laundry room, and partial utilities paid. Security drives through our area every day. Property is well lit at night which makes it nice to walk my dog. I look forward to living here for years to come.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Lakewood since 2021. This property is close to everything in a nice part of town, the grounds are very well kept, and great amenities gym, pool, internet included, direct access to the Greenway . We are in a top floor and rarely hear neighbors. All of the people I've met have been friendly, but neighbors mostly keep to themselves. I do think the apartments are a bit pricey for what they are, especially for the units that are not very updated, and the rent does go up every year without fail. That being said, they have done some nice updates to the property in the last 18 months, such as fixing the old busted up sidewalks, putting in a dog park, new playground, and pouring concrete pads under the picnic tables. Management and maintenance are always friendly. Overall a good place for apartment living. - Kaylene Eason, 06 10 2026

It's clean and taken care of They provide internet that is really good for what I need it for They have so many things and amenities that I love As a dog parent, the dog park and the clean sidewalks are so nice We are right by the greenway The dog park is so nice I love my place and it's always so quiet

|Recommended: YesI have lived here at Lakewood for 8 years. I do feel like this is home for me. I have awesome neighbors that have been here longer. We have a pool, gym, basketball court, dog park, children's playground and the best is the Greenway Trial is in our back yard with easy access. This place is lit up nicely at night where we feel secure and safe. Highly recommend
