Manager Doug is great. He was very thorough during the move-in process always takes the time to stop speak when I see him on the property. He also takes the time to stop pet my dog remembers her name.😊 Maintenance is also always extremely kind helpful. The property is always clean the neighbors are friendly. I am very happy with my decision to move to Lakewood Village.
|Recommended: YesGreat for the price — I go to school at MSU, and I am happy to live 15 minutes away to have a better living space. I've compared the rent and floor plans to some others, and Lakewood is the best deal for me. Definitely comfortable with 2 people in a 1 bedroom 1bathroom. I can't imagine paying 50 more for 30 less space just to be near campus. And traffic isn't super busy in this neighborhood. Really happy with the internet too.

|Recommended: YesNicest apartment I've lived in — Lakewood is the nicest community I've lived in and has plenty of features that make it an easy choice. They made this pet owner happy since they allow my dog here where most places wouldn't. Grounds are kept nice, they respond quickly to maintenance requests and always are on top of answering any questions.
|Recommended: YesI love it — It's delightful. The residents are not noisy, the walls in the apartments are well insulated so I don't even hear my neighbors, and the apartments are big and well kept.
|Recommended: YesGreat location with helpful management and quick responses to maintenance requests — Lakewood Village is located in a very convenient, safe location, close to many places I need to be and right next to the Greenway trail, which I love There's a nice pool and a decent gym with tanning. My apartment has updated appliances and has a generally nice, new look to it. Sometimes I hear the neighbors above me a little more than I would like, but that's the only downside I've noticed living here for over 2 years now . Every time I've made maintenance requests, they've been very quick to fix it. Management has been helpful whenever I've had questions. I'd highly recommend Lakewood Village to anyone looking for a family and pet friendly apartment
