|Recommended: YesGreat location, price and amenities — Absolutely great Affordable, clean and comfortable units. Location is amazing as well - just off highway highway 60 and close to all stores you would regularly need.
|Recommended: YesI really enjoy living here — I love the fact that the Greenway trail is so close by. I go on walks and runs regularly. Most of my neighbors are very friendly and my family feels very safe here. The grounds are beautiful as well. I feel very comfortable living at Lakewood Village apartments.
|Recommended: YesVery good property with few cons which if addressed, would be amazing — The property as a whole is pretty comfortable and quiet. The maintenance requests are addressed within a day or two which is awesome. I would definitely recommend Lakewood village to any of my friends. The lawns are always gazed and kept neat. I have never been left with unsolved issues at Lakewood.

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live in SW Missouri — Living at Lakewood Village is safe, close to shopping, doctors, hospitals, walking trails. Not to mention that the manager makes sure that problems are taken care of.
